Starting out as an online retailer in Bangkok, the brand has moved offline after opening two retail stores in the city. Pomelo claims to source its own materials, while it produces the clothes it designs and retails with its manufacturers.
As part of its online-to-offline retail strategy, the brand allows customers to view and choose a product online before it is shipped directly to them or to a store, where they can try it on.
